We require either a Visa or Master Card to make a reservation. For the July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays, a non-refundable deposit equal to the minimum stay is required. If you have to cancel or change your reservation your deposit may be applied to your next stay as long as proper notification is given.

Our “Peak” season includes Spring Break, Summer, (Memorial Day through Labor Day), and the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays. During Spring Break, Summer and Labor Day seven (7) full days notice is required to make any changes to your reservation. For July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, fourteen (14) full days notice is required to make any changes to your reservation. If we do not receive timely notification of changes or cancellations a charge equal to the minimum required stay, or during Summer, three nights, will apply. Also, during Peak Times, you are welcome to check out prior to your originally scheduled departure date, however, without the required prior notification you will be charged for the days originally booked. If you need to make a change please contact our office during business hours to receive a change/cancellation number. We cannot confirm reservations, cancellation or changes over voice mail or email.

(A) Three nights minimum stay required. 

(B) Four nights minimum stay and non-refundable deposit required.
